Flying Monkey Lacrosse, formerly known as the Kansas City Lacrosse Club, has been thriving in America's heartland for over 25 years.  We are part of the Great Plains Lacrosse League (GPLL) and travel often to tournaments around the country.

Flying Monkey is open to all who are interested in the sport.  Team dues are a reasonable $50 per year.  We have had players ranging in age from 14 to 50 years old; hailing from Kansas City, Freeman, Lawrence, Leavenworth and Warrensburg; and ranging in skill from beginner to former NLL players.  For liability reasons, we cannot allow anyone younger that 18 to play for Flying Monkey Lacrosse without parental permission.

Practices are usually held during warm weather on those Saturdays when there isn't a scheduled game.  The practice and home game field is in Indian Valley Elementary, just south of Corporate Woods in Overland Park.  We follow the 40° rule __ if the forcast high the day of practice is less than 40°, practice is cancelled.  For the official Monkey forecast, see Weather.com.
