Jon Brenneman decided to hand the presidency over after more than a decade running Flying Monkey.  His reign was a glorious one, with many highlights including: establishing a relationship with the Flying Monkey brewery and rebranding the old Kansas City Lacrosse Club; taking the Monkeys onto the national lacrosse scene, playing tournaments in Minnesota, Chicago, Texas and New Orleans; and almost singlehandedly winning the coveted Triple-T award at the Mardi Gras Lacrosse Tournament.  Outside the GPLL, he established the original Kansas City Summer League and has become one of the top refs in the area.  Thanks for all you've done, Jon.  See you on the field.

Steve Penrod is taking over the presidency, with Derek Jander just a heartbeat away in the vice-president position.  They aim to maintain the team's position as one of the premier lacrosse clubs in the midwest.
